Communication has become one of the biggest productivity bottlenecks in modern work. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calendar invites spread conversations across platforms, fragmenting attention and constantly breaking focus and context.
As message volumes grow, important information gets buried, follow-ups are missed, and hours are lost switching between apps just to stay organized.
🔬 The Solution
Twintual is an AI interface that manages all your messages (email, WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn...) so you can reclaim your focus and time. It filters, summarizes, and even replies for you.
At its core, Twintual is powered by a highly specialized algorithm born at MIT, designed to learn how each user communicates over time. It adapts to your tone, writing style, and priorities, so suggestions feel personal rather than generic. Users can decide whether Twintual drafts replies for review or responds directly on their behalf, keeping full control over what is sent.
📈 Market Potential
Message overload is a global problem. In a 2025 survey by ZeroBounce, 42% of professionals said they check their inbox three to five times a day, while 35% spend up to five hours a day reading emails. This constant flow of communication affects both individuals and companies.
While Twintual is designed to be useful for anyone, the team is initially focusing on B2B adoption, entering organizations through IT teams who decide which roles benefit most from the technology. Over time, the same platform is expected to expand into a broader B2C offering.
🚀 Stage and Traction
Twintual is currently raising a $1M pre-seed round at a $10M post-money valuation through an open SAFE.
Over the next few weeks, a 20% discount is being offered to strategic business angels willing to invest a minimum of $15k.
On the product side, Twintual has already surpassed 100 paying customers, validating demand among professionals with high communication volumes. The platform remains open to new users, who can join the waitlist ahead of the launch planned for March 1st.
